After the end of Netflix Daredevilfans thought that would be the end for Charlie Cox’s Devil of Hell’s Kitchen. During Disney’s D23 Expo, Cox and the rest of the cast also sat down for some interviews and talked about their show and what they hope to achieve with it. In an exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight, Cox was asked what he thought about appearing alongside Robert Downey Jr. in the MCU. It was recently announced that RDJ has returned to Marvel Studios after saying goodbye to the role of Tony Stark/Iron Man in 2019. Avengers: Endgame.

But he is back in the saddle, this time as a villain rather than a hero. He will play Victor Von Doom/Doctor Doom in Avengers: Endgame and fans can hardly contain their excitement at the prospect of having him back in the MCU. And Cox seems to feel the same way about the situation. He told Entertainment Tonight:

When I play this character, I always hope to cross paths with all sorts of characters in the MCU, and he would definitely be at the top of that list! God knows if that would/could ever happen. Now it certainly feels like anything could happen, and I hope it does!

We can hardly imagine what it would be like if Daredevil faced off against Doctor Doom. But as the actor said: “Anything can happen”, and we can’t wait to see it.

Not Robert Downey Jr., Daredevil: Reborn Could have another interesting cameo appearance

Who wouldn’t want to be on screen with someone as amazing and talented as Oscar-winning actor Robert Downey Jr. And while it felt like a pipe dream for a while that the new generation of the MCU would work with RDJ, things are looking pretty good again, especially after the death of Iron Man. But while Charlie Cox would be thrilled to get the chance to work with RDJ, it’s another possible character from the MCU that he could soon be on screen with. And no! It’s not Tom Holland’s Spider-Man.

And that’s none other than actor Mohan Kapoor, who plays Yusuf, the father of Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel. And while it might not mean all that much, the chances of Iman Vellani’s Ms. Marvel showing up in Hell’s Kitchen are pretty good right now.

We already know that Cox’s Daredevil is part of the existing MCU canon. We saw him in Spider-Man: No Way Homeand then again in She-Hulk: Lawyerand now the death of Kamala Khan in Hell’s Kitchen could be another connection between Daredevil and the MCU, and we can only look forward to it even more.
