The jokes write themselves: Jake Paul’s photo of Kylian Mbappe triggers speculation about the “next opponent”

Jake Paul and Kylian Mbappe met by chance in Paris and took a photo together. Paul was in Paris as part of the US team for the Olympic Games. Mbappe, on the other hand, used to live in the French capital before moving to the Santiago Bernabéu. Regardless, fans had an interesting take on this crossover, as “The Problem Child” posted the picture on X.

Many trolled the YouTuber turned boxer, saying he was looking for his next opponent.

“Bro has found his next opponent”

One fan teased Paul by saying Mbappe only posed for the picture because he thought Paul was a Make-A-Wish kid.

“Mbappe thought this was a Make-A-Wish situation. I’M SICK”

This fan was pretty sure that the Real Madrid star didn’t know who Paul was.

“Mbappe didn’t know who he was”

One user predicted that the former PSG player would beat Paul in 4 rounds,

“I think he’ll take you out in 4 rounds”

Another fan claimed that the football star was hitting him,

“Mbappe would cook you, sir”

Meanwhile, Paul was very active at every Olympic Games and although he was upset that the boxing team didn’t win any gold medals, he tweeted his support for track and field athlete Noah Lyles after he missed out on a gold medal in the 200-meter dash.

Paul supports Lyles after failed gold rush

Noah Lyles faced a lot of criticism at the Olympics after missing out on the gold medal in the 200m. The American sprinter was very confident that he would win another gold medal.

However, it turned out that he was suffering from COVID and had a fever when he ran the race. Jake Paul couldn’t help but support his efforts on social media.

“Congratulations to Noah Lyles, everyone talks shit but he is him so you can’t hate him”

Lyle has been in the headlines since an old interview in which he said that winning the NBA is not the same as winning a world championship. While he makes an excellent point, many fans of the sport seemed surprised to be reminded that club basketball is not the same as representing your country.
