Because we visit the parks and hotels so often, we’ve learned a few tips and tricks, especially about dining at Disney World. We’ve shared tips on how to get those hard-to-get table reservations and how to get on the Mobile Dine Walk-Up waitlist, but we have another secret we’d like to share.
Have you ever wanted the quality and menu selection of a table service restaurant, but you don’t have a reservation or don’t want to dress up? Or sometimes you’re so tired from a long walk in the park that you don’t want to sit down to eat, but you still have a craving for steak. Well, we’ll let you in on a little secret: you can actually place mobile orders at select table service restaurants.
Mobile Order Table Service To Go is a feature of the My Disney Experience app and works just like Mobile Quick Order. It’s even located in the same part of the app, making it very easy to navigate.
You can currently order from the following restaurants:
Sometimes mobile ordering is limited to those staying at the resort during peak season, but for the most part, anyone can take advantage of this benefit.
While your food will be packaged to go rather than served on fancy plates as if you were actually dining in the restaurant, this can be a great way to order a meal in advance and take it to your room after a long day at the parks. Although ordering via Mobile Order Table Service To Go is identical to regular Mobile Order, we provide step-by-step instructions to help you navigate the app.
Step One
Select an arrival window. You can view the menu before selecting an arrival window.
Step Two
Assemble and place your order. You may find that your meal may take longer to prepare as these foods take longer to prepare than regular fast food restaurants.
Step three
Arrive at the restaurant when you receive a notification that your order is ready. We recommend not straying too far from the pickup area so that your food is still warm.
Step four
Pick up your food and enjoy!
One of our favorite things to do is to host our own fancy picnic around the resort with our mobile-ordered food.
