As Taylor Swift once said, “August went by like a bottle of wine,” and with September just around the corner, a new wave of Prime Video titles is in order. The September 2024 lineup is another jam-packed slate of big-name films for the whole family, and it’s no surprise that our top five picks all have over 90% on Rotten Tomatoes.
All five films are expected to be available on one of the top streaming services on September 1st, so you can start another month of movie nights as soon as possible. And while there are already plenty of the best Prime Video movies available to stream, there’s plenty to choose from with everything new on Prime Video in September, from sci-fi and comedies to biographical dramas and movie musicals.
It’s safe to say that September 2024 is one of the busiest months yet for Prime Video, as it offers a variety of big-name casts in addition to genre categories. This could mean that deciding on a specific movie to watch could be quite a challenge, but hopefully our narrowed down list of recommendations will make it a little easier for you.
