5️⃣ “Liquid Gold”: Celebrities and influencers are touting a trendy new wellness substance meant for newborn cows. One expert says it’s popular because it can boost the immune system, improve gut health and increase athletic performance. But is it right for you?

👠 Fashion pioneer: 50 years ago, supermodel Beverly Johnson landed one of fashion’s most coveted covers and became the first black woman to appear in Vogue. It was the launch of her career and a turning point in history. Johnson tells CNN what the moment meant to her.

💉 Extended access: Eli Lilly has launched a lower-cost weight-loss drug, a move the company expects to “significantly” expand its offerings as it anticipates continued high demand.

We would like to end this on a positive note: Football icon Megan Rapinoe may have played her last professional game, but the sport is not done loving her yet. The two-time world champion’s number 15 jersey was retired by her former club Seattle Reign. Rapinoe called it a “very special day” and thanked the club, the fans and her family for the honor.
