September is just around the corner, which means there are a bunch of new shows and seasons to stream. And luckily Tell me lies Season 2 is on that list! Hulu has definitely made us wait long enough. The last time the series showed new episodes was in October 2022.
Well, we’re here now and we’re ready to see what’s in store for Lucy and Stephen, as well as the rest of the dramatic friend group. I’m sure there are a lot of twists and turns coming our way. We’ll have to be a little more patient to find out how things turn out, although we do have a lot of information about the new season before it’s released.
Tell me lies Premieres of the second season Wednesday, September 4, 2024 The first two episodes begin at 12pm PT on Hulu. After the premiere day, a new episode will be released each week until the finale airs on Wednesday, October 16. In total, there are 8 episodes that’s what you can look forward to. There will apparently be no shortage of drama in season two, and the toxic romance between Lucy and Stephen will continue. According to the logline, “Lucy and Stephen return to college, at odds after their breakup, and caught in a new version of their explosive dynamic.” And aside from the show’s main couple, the friend group also has its own issues, some of which were already hinted at and revealed at the end of season one. It seems like everyone has something to deal with.

Most of the main actors from Tell me lies Season 1 return. This includes, of course, Grace Van Patten as Lucy and Jackson White as Stephen. The core group of friends also comes back to continue their stories.
There are also two exciting new additions and I’m really excited to see how they add a new element to the story. They are the one and only devilish Tom Ellis as Oliver and Thomas Doherty as Leo.
The Lucifer actor takes on the role of a professor at Baird College “whose tough attitude makes him an intimidating presence that is not appreciated by all students,” according to Deadline. And then Doherty, aka Leo, appears to play a new love interest for Lucy. See the full cast list below!
