The Dolphins will be missing an important player in the game against the Bills

The Bills will face the Miami Dolphins at the beginning of the year and will be without one of their most important players after a trade was made today.

Because they play in the same division, the Buffalo Bills play the Miami Dolphins twice a year. Usually it’s a hot game in the Miami sun early in the season and a cold, snowy game in Buffalo later. The Bills got a little lucky this year because when the schedule was announced, they were set to play the Dolphins early in the season, but they made it a night game. This means that while they have to deal with the heat, they don’t have to bake in the sun like they have in recent years.

They also learned today that they won’t have to play against one of Miami’s most dangerous defensive players.

Earlier today, it was announced that defensive end Bradley Chubb will begin the year on the Player Unable to Perform (PUP) list. This means he will be unavailable for at least the first four games of the season. The Bills play Miami in Week 2 of the NFL season this year.

Unfortunately, Chubb was injured at the end of a game in which the Dolphins lost to the Baltimore Ravens. They had no chance of winning, and head coach Mike McDaniel took a lot of criticism for leaving some of his best players in the game when things got out of control. Many would have hoped he would rest those players for the playoffs. Instead, Chubb tore his ACL. This injury will keep him sidelined for the start of this season.
