In an interview posted on social media over the weekend, Adam Sandler spoke candidly about his wardrobe routine and choosing his characteristically unique outfits.
Sandler, 57, appeared in a video with social media creator Mystery Fashionist to talk about his outfit choices, explaining that “most people in my family make fun of me” for his fashion choices.
Sandler begins the street interview by introducing himself as “Adam from Brooklyn.”
“It just happens, I didn’t really think about it. There’s some sneakers, there’s some silly shorts,” he says, pointing to his bright blue and green shoes and his blue basketball shorts.
Sandler tells the interviewer that he “doesn’t think much” about his fashion choices.

“Whatever’s in the closet, I grab it,” he says. “I think I have some of the same socks, underwear is kind of similar too.”
He adds: “I just grab it and don’t think much about it. Most people in my family make fun of me, but I keep going.”
The interviewer also praises Sandler’s style in the video, whereupon Sandler returns the compliment.
Sandler is then asked what things he “couldn’t live without.” On his must-have list are socks from his wife, “cool shirts” and sneakers.
“Sneakers that fit,” adds Sandler. “It doesn’t matter whether they’re dirty or not, the main thing is that they fit and don’t pinch.”
At the end of the interview, Sandler is asked to address any common misconceptions about him.
“People don’t know that I’m 6’5” tall,” he jokes.
Sandler was recently spotted at the premiere of his new Netflix comedy special, “Adam Sandler: Love You,” in one of his signature casual outfits, which included a yellow tropical print shirt, red Adidas tracksuit pants, and a pair of Curry 11 “Championship Mindset” sneakers.
