Sunday was a rocky day in the Big Brother 26 house as the HGs scrambled to secure their position ahead of Monday’s Veto meeting. Makensy may have worked the hardest and her efforts to convert Angela may have worked, but Tucker isn’t giving up yet either.

Around noon on Sunday, Angela spoke to Makensy, who told her that Tucker wasn’t really looking out for her and was instead using her as a sort of pawn in his game. Well, it didn’t take much pressure on Angela and she immediately gave up, believing everything Makensy was telling her. Angela, perhaps in her desperation to save her game this week, promised to support Makensy in her attempt to stay this week.

A few hours later, Angela is talking to Quinn, Leah, and Makensy to rally support for this new plan to target Tucker while they have him on the hit list (at least for now, with the arena waiting). Plans are great on Big Brother, but they work better when they’re secret. Quinn didn’t want to keep this secret.

Quinn waited a few hours and then took Angela’s plan to drive Tucker away straight back to T’kor and betrayed Angela. Oops! Oh, but it gets better. Remember when Makensy asked Angela for backup and Angela wanted to help her stay? Uhh, that’s it.

Shortly after Quinn made his reveal to T’kor, we saw Makensy go upstairs to convince T’kor that Angela was the perfect renomination because she had no one and wasn’t really helping anyone in the game. So now we have Makensy trying to pit Angela against Tucker, but then also putting her in the running as a renomination option that will then no longer be available to help her vote Tucker out. But wait, it gets even better.

T’kor has settled on two main options for renomination: Angela and Leah. So I find it extremely funny that Angela then went to T’kor and explained why Leah should not be the renomination. She is basically campaigning against herself in T’kor. Have mercy. And yet, it gets better.

After Makensy convinced Angela to support her plan to “kick out Tucker” and go to T’kor with the plan to “resurrect Angela,” Makensy told Tucker that Angela was fighting against his whereabouts. However, Tucker wasn’t sure if he could trust this information. Later that night, Rubina confirmed to Tucker that this was true, and now Tucker must confront Angela about it.

Maybe Makensy’s attempt to turn Angela was just a trap and she never really wanted good old “CRAZY EYES!” to work with her against Tucker, but rather for him to become a bigger target than her on the block. Okay, that’s not a bad plan. But will it work?

Late into the night, Tucker and the other Sixth Ave HGs (except Angela, of course) discussed what to do with Angela. Tucker wants to confront her and find out what’s going on. It sounds like he hasn’t completely given up on Angela, but should he? We’ve also heard from T’kor and Kimo that Leah might be the cleaner Renom, and they’re probably right, but then again, Leah is a nuisance in the game while Angela keeps causing trouble.

For entertainment reasons, I’d rather see Leah go so we can keep troublemaker Angela, but what do you think the HGs will decide?
