2024 US Mid-Amateur Qualifier Results
Qualifying is underway for the 43rd U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship, to be played Sept. 21-26 at Kinloch Golf Club in Manakin-Sabot, Virginia, with mid-amateurs from across the country competing for a spot in the 2025 U.S. Open and the 2025 Masters Tournament.
Kinloch was the host venue for the 2020 US Mid-Am, which was cancelled due to Covid. The Richmond-area club, co-founded by amateur legend Vinny Giles, has been waiting patiently for the new date. And that time is almost here.
Pete Wlodkowski, founder of AmateurGolf.com, had the opportunity to experience Kinloch at their 2023 Member Invitational and recorded the following preview.
The 18-hole qualification will be held between July 24 and August 28 at 68 locations in the United States and Mexico.

US Mid-Am Qualifier
The US Mid-Amateur Qualifier is open to all competitors with an index of 2.4 or lower who are at least 25 years old at the start of the championship. The format is 18-hole stroke play, with the number of qualifiers dependent on the size of the field. Qualifying locations are spread across the USA.
