Last week, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce answered a series of questions about his girlfriend, singing sensation Taylor Swift, on the “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast.
Co-host Taylor Lewan said Kelce and Swift have done a good job of keeping their relationship private.
Kelce agreed, but added that he would like to tell the world who he is dating.
“You want to keep things private, but at the same time, I’m not here to hide anything,” Kelce said. “That’s my girl. You know what I mean? That’s my wife. It’s like I’m proud of it.”
Kelce is happy to put Swift in the spotlight, and that was evident in Dublin on Sunday. After Swift’s Eras Tour show, the pair were seen leaving the arena to cheers from fans.
That caused Kelce to pause and make sure the attention was on Swift.
Kelce was praised last week by former NFL player and ESPN host Pat McAfee for showing that he is “willing to do whatever it takes to support his partner Taylor Swift.”
“A football guy who proves to the world that chivalry is not dead,” McAfee said, “and that you can be motivated to support your partner.”
Taylor Swift’s fans were thrilled by Kelce’s gesture on Sunday and his support for her. Here’s what they said about the moment on social media.
