Carter Bradley and Tyreik McAllister of the Raiders score a touchdown after a great game

The Las Vegas Raiders’ final preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers on Friday night had some exciting moments, and one of them was a pass from rookie Carter Bradley to wide receiver Tyreik McAllister.

With the Raiders trailing 17-14 in the second half, Bradley took over for veteran starting guard Nathan Peterman. The rookie, who had shown some flashes in the second week of the preseason, picked up where he left off in the third week of the preseason.

Bradley led the Raiders on a six-play, 81-yard touchdown drive on his first series of the game. The drive was capped with a 35-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Tyreik McAllister.

Both players showed impressive adjustments to the play: Bradley threw the ball behind McAllister to avoid a Niners defensive back, and McAllister showed great adjustments to catch up and finish the ball.

Bradley finished the drive 3 of 3 for 61 yards.

That was the second touchdown of the night for McAllister, who also had an 81-yard punt return in the first half.

The Raiders already have the top two spots in the order with Gardner Minshew and Aidan O’Connell, but it remains to be seen if they will retain a third quarterback. Bradley and Peterman hope to force them to do so.
