RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TN – Overcoming obstacles can be hard, but it is a necessary part of life. Because without challenges or hard times that cause us grief, we would never have the opportunity to feel the satisfaction of overcoming something difficult or to experience what life can be like beyond the pain.

After the unexpected loss of a loved one, many people experience an overwhelming sense of emptiness. This deep and all-consuming void can disrupt the delicate balance of daily life. The struggle to find comfort in the face of such a loss often leads sufferers to seek temporary relief – sometimes through methods that were never intended as long-term solutions…

Whether it’s a recent medical diagnosis, job loss, or the aftermath of a marriage breakup, these events can put people in a difficult position, leading to depression and anxiety. The burden of these emotions can be overwhelming, and for many, the fight to regain control becomes an exhausting struggle.

What is initially difficult for many becomes a path to healing. This proves that no one has to face the challenge, no matter how big, alone. This is where groups like Celebrate Recovery can turn a life-changing problem into a life-saving change…

Celebrate Recovery is a safe place where people can find freedom from the problems that dominate their lives. Barrett attends the Sunday Celebrate Recovery group, which meets weekly at 6 p.m. in the Family Worship Center. The doors are always open to newcomers and to those who have been attending CR for years.
