What did Ben write on his card during MAFS Australia?

To bring you up to speed, Ellie and Ben have had quite a bumpy ride this season. While they got along well at their wedding, her family thought he was just after the fame and soon things turned sour for the couple.

Ben then wrote a list of everything he didn’t like about Ellie, which was pretty awkward (to say the least), and during yesterday’s ceremony the couple finally decided to end their relationship, both writing “holiday” on their cards.

But keen-eyed viewers noticed that Ben’s card said something more. What did we write? “Go… and Ellie is still great.” Um, interesting!

Relationship expert John Aiken also chatted to Ben a bit during the engagement ceremony. “You say a lot of words, but I don’t think you know what they mean,” he said. “You haven’t embarked on this experiment or tried to commit to the process.”

“We know full well that the way you treated her has completely destroyed her self-esteem, and I hate to see this toxic pattern continue. Frankly, I’ve had enough of it.” So much drama!

Married At First Sight continues on E4.
