Bratz pays tribute to one of the juiciest moments in current pop culture: the alleged romance between Doja Cat and Joseph Quinn.
In a photo posted on Wednesday, the “Paint the Town Red” artist and Stranger Things The actor appears in doll form – Doja with Bratz’s signature pout – wearing replicas of the outfits their real-life counterparts wore on a recent romantic stroll through London, their plastic hands touching. The Grammy winner shows off a mesh crop top and knee-length leather skirt, while Quinn wears a blue button-down shirt and pants.
“Body so (tee) she’s dating a Brit! @dojacat @josephquinn,” Bratz captioned the post.
The rendering fits perfectly with a photo of Doja and the A quiet place: day one Star on August 17, and they look very much like a couple two years after the rapper first admitted to liking Quinn in private messages to Noah Schnapp, who then got in her way by posting screenshots of the exchange on social media. “Noah, can you tell Joseph to get in touch with you,” she wrote at the time. “Wait, no. Does he have a girlfriend?”
After Schnapp posted the direct messages, Doja called him out on Instagram Live, calling him “so unbelievably socially unaware and crazy,” adding, “This is almost snake sh*t.” However, the child star quickly apologized and both have since moved on from their relationship.
Fast forward a few years and fans are now praising Doja for “manifesting” her apparent romance with Quinn. A day after the photos of them walking together were taken, a video surfaced showing them again on another outing in London. This time, the English actor can be seen stroking the “Woman” artist’s back and touching her hip.
