Speaking to the outlet, she explained why she was “super nervous” to share the screen with her boyfriend on the Hulu series, in which they play an on-screen couple. Their relationship will play a role again in the upcoming second season.

“I was super nervous because he knows me better than anyone and I know him damn well,” she said. “My nervousness came from him noticing when I’m acting up. He notices when I’m acting bad and he’s like, ‘No, no, that’s not how you do it.’ But I’ve also never felt so safe and comfortable trying things out.”
She continued, adding, “And we work so well together, and I love working with him, not just because he’s my friend, but because he’s so talented, generous and present.”
