Datacentrix, a leading provider of high-performance and secure ICT solutions, has been recognized as the IT Service Partner of the Year by Huawei, a global ICT infrastructure and smart device provider. The award was presented recently at the Huawei Africa Connect 2024 event.
Africa Connect took place at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg and featured a range of Huawei expert speakers, a 2,500 m2 Exhibition space and over 2,000 participants.
Datacentrix was named “IP Services Partner of the Year 2023” for its expertise in the company’s networking division and has also previously been named “Cloud Partner of the Year” and “Energy Partner of the Year.”
Recently, Datacentrix has successfully implemented several of Huawei’s storage-related projects, including domestic and cross-border data center rollouts. These implementations have demonstrated Datacentrix’s capabilities in providing storage services and were the main reasons for us receiving the IT Service Partner of the Year award.
Huawei was recently recognized as a Leader in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure, making Huawei the only vendor in the Leaders quadrant headquartered outside of North America. This recognition demonstrates Huawei’s strength in the enterprise wired and wireless LAN infrastructure space.
