ePS CEO Gabby Matsliach welcomes participants of Connect 2024

ePS’ Connect 2024 began with an opening speech by CEO Gabby Matsliach. The event took place at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas and Mr. Matsliach welcomed delegates to the three-day event with an exciting speech about the company’s plans for the remainder of 2024 and into 2025.

Recognising the mix of participants, which consisted of printing and packaging specialists, he spoke about how transformation is the key to continued success in the industry. He also addressed the question of when companies should invest. Mr Matsliach felt that the key time is when the market slows down. This is when companies have time to step back and assess exactly what is needed before making an informed decision. ePS can help all partners with this.

Looking ahead, ePS expects the commercial printing market to grow through mergers and consolidations. According to ePS, this will enable the companies involved to diversify and lead to a larger market share and position.

Of course, AI was part of the introduction to the event, but the ePS CEO left it to the numerous breakout demonstrations to explain to delegates in more detail how it will be part of the company’s roadmap for the next few years.

Finally, Mr. Matsliach told the audience that ePS is investing heavily across its portfolio. Nubium, launched at drupa 2024, is one example. Sustainability is also a key performance indicator and updates to their software packages now include sustainability reporting.
