Baldwin has totaled 10 touchdowns (eight receiving, two rushing) during his entire tenure with the Bears and is coming off a career year in which he posted team-best receptions (38) and receiving yards (623). The Killeen, Texas, native averaged 51.9 yards per game and 16.4 yards per catch in 2023 and posted three games with over 100 receiving yards. Baldwin was selected to the 2022 All-Big 12 Fourth Team by Phil Steele and received honorable mention from the league coaches. He was also ranked No. 41 on Bruce Feldman’s Freaks List as one of the fastest players in college football, his second mention in the popular The athlete Preseason article.
Finn, the 2023 MAC Most Valuable Player, joins the BU roster after appearing in 45 games over the course of his college career, including 32 starts. He has amassed 7,074 yards and 63 passing touchdowns while rushing for another 1,840 yards on 389 carries with 25 TDs in his career. A widely touted quarterback this preseason, Finn looks to build on his stellar 2023 season in which he led the MAC in passing efficiency (151.04), passing yards (2,657), touchdown passes (22) and total offense (247.7).
Linton, another freshman at Waco, wears the green and gold as a sixth-year veteran outside linebacker. In 37 career games since 2019, Linton has totaled 67 tackles, including 7.5 sacks, between four years at Syracuse and a stint at Texas Tech. The Dublin, Georgia native had a standout performance against the Bears in 2023, recording three sacks and forcing two fumbles in Tech’s win at Waco. Linton was also named a Preseason All-Big 12 Third Team pick by the College Football Network earlier this summer.
Randolph has totaled 91 tackles, including 6.5 sacks, over the last five seasons at Baylor. He appeared in 11 games and started five times last year, making 23 stops with one fumble recovery and one pass breakup. Randolph recorded a career-high 4.5 sacks in 2022, including two sacks at Texas Tech, setting a personal record for a single game. This is Randolph’s first preseason award of the 2024 season.
Nine bears have represented the green and gold colors at the event in the last six seasons, most recently with Gabe Hall in the game 2024.
The Reese’s Senior Bowl is widely regarded as the preeminent All-Star game in college football and the first stop in the NFL Draft process. The longest continuously running All-Star game has been held in Mobile, Alabama for the past 75 years.
This year’s game will take place on Saturday, February 1, 2025 and will be broadcast on the NFL Network.
