Subtle lace trims and crochet will forever be synonymous with the baby boomer generation, but as with any great aesthetic, the fashion world of 2024 is making it its mission to catapult them into the zeitgeist, led by Beyoncé.

In a post shared today for her 313 million Instagram followers, Queen Bey put an ultra-stylish spin on granny chic style by wearing an all-white crochet jumpsuit with cutouts and a matching veil.

She paired the doily-like outfit, which would be perfect for alternative brides-to-be, with statement earrings and white strappy pumps that she laced around her ankles.
