Rey Mysterio raises the stakes.
WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik have had a heated feud in WWE. They have clashed on several occasions; Rey defeated Dominik at WWE WrestleMania 39 and later teamed with Andrade to defeat Dominik and Santos Escobar at WrestleMania XL. Most recently, Rey defeated Dominik on the July 1 episode of WWE Raw before Dominik and Liv Morgan defeated Rey and Zelina Vega on the July 8 episode of WWE Raw.
Speaking to ComicBook’s Liam Crowley at Fanatics Fest in New York City, Rey Mysterio reiterated his previous comments that he would be willing to put his mask on the line in another match against Dominik. He also said that Dominik could put his mullet hairstyle or mustache on the line.
“If this trilogy comes to pass, and if it comes to pass, I’m willing to put my mask on the line. He loves his mullet so much, so I would expect him to put his mullet on the line. That or his Dirty Sanchez (mustache),” Said Rey.
Rey was also said to have been excited when Crowley suggested that Dominik’s mullet and mustache could be winning in the match.
