Sefiani, part of Clarity Global, announced three promotions and two new hires.
Aprille Lim has been promoted to Senior Account Director in recognition of her client relationship management, leadership of account teams and results achieved for Sefiani clients. As an earned media specialist, Aprille navigates Australia’s shrinking media pool with high-impact multi-channel results for technology, finance and professional services clients, while generously sharing her knowledge with colleagues.

Luke Ireland has been promoted to Account Director in recognition of his approach to complex briefs and his leadership of account teams that have delivered successful outcomes for clients in aerospace, cybersecurity, technology and financial services globally. In addition to his expertise in content creation, media relations and the ability to translate technical topics for stakeholders, Luke is Sefianis’ representative on the Clarity Global team and leads the agency’s thoughtful use of AI.
Shannon O’Mara has also been promoted to Account Director. In addition to successfully servicing client accounts across mobility, media, NFP, healthcare and financial services, Shannon leads the Sefiani team’s focus on wellbeing and culture. She is also the Sefiani champion for Clarity’s global insight and intelligence offering, operating from London.
Aileen Bodart has been appointed Account Manager, working with teams serving sustainability, renewable energy and professional services clients. She joined Sefiani after spending three years honing her media and investor relations skills at Cannings Strategic Communications.
Sam Schmalz has been appointed Junior Account Executive effective September.
