Create a fundraising plan – Estes Park Trail-Gazette

Strategic planning isn’t just for organizations that can afford to hire a facilitator. Amplify Impact is a three-part series that helps those who lead nonprofits learn skills that will set them up for success.

First up is Strategy: Create a Fundraising Plan. Participants will learn how to optimize their fundraising efforts year-round, including practical insights into annual planning, grant research, and storytelling-based campaigns. Nonprofit leaders will be guided through practical tools and tactics needed to host their own strategic planning session with the goal of engaging and nurturing a new generation of supporters. Strategy: Create a Fundraising Plan will be held September 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Presbyterian Community Church of the Rockies.

The second workshop in the Amplify Impact series will take place on September 18: Engaging Donors and Sponsors.

The final workshop on October 2 will focus on successful marketing strategies. Key modules in this series include self-directed strategic planning, marketing and communications, major donor salon events, social media strategies, and corporate sponsorship.

The Amplify Impact series is led by Dana Bacardi, senior vice president of strategic philanthropy at Strat Labs, a Denver-based collective of strategists, marketers, operators, project managers, creatives and philanthropic advisors committed to inventive, strategic concepts.

The Estes Nonprofit Network and Strat Labs invite you to attend all three Amplifying Impact sessions to create a comprehensive strategic plan for 2025, but you can register for one, two, or all three. The Amplify Impact series continues the Estes Nonprofit Network’s commitment to high-quality educational programming. All programs are FREE for employees and volunteers of Estes Valley nonprofits; $50 for community members, government agencies, nonprofits not serving Estes Park, and for-profit businesses.

Registration is now open at EPNonprofit.org.
