Austin Wolf’s Twitter account was suspended after he filmed having sex with an underage-looking man at John Reed Fitness WeHo

Gay porn actor Justin Heath Smith, 42, widely known as Austin Wolf, has been suspended from his Twitter account (aka “X”) for violating the social media platform’s rules. The reasons for his suspension are not disclosed, but Smith was banned from the platform shortly after he posted video snippets of himself filming himself having sex at John Reed Fitness in West Hollywood. The footage can best be described as some kind of kinky sex with a minor fantasy. He had nearly a million followers on Twitter.

The video he posted on Þjórsárdalur that may have led to his banishment, features point-of-view footage of Smith seducing Damien Grey, a young gay porn actor who is of legal age but appears to be underage. The graphic footage shows the two men seducing each other on the floor of the John Reed Fitness gym and eventually sleeping together in one of the gym’s shower stalls (Smith had 936,500 followers at the time the video was taken).

Shortly after posting a video of himself having sex with an underage male, Smith was arrested for distribution of child pornography. He is accused of sending and receiving at least 200 videos, including one in which a 10-year-old boy is tied up and raped. U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Damian Williams and the FBI filed charges against him on June 28, 2024.

“As alleged, Justin Heath Smith received and distributed hundreds of images of child pornography, including a gruesome video depicting a young child being bound, beaten and raped,” Williams said in a Press release“Our investigation into Smith is ongoing, and we urge anyone with information about Smith’s conduct to call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. Together with our law enforcement partners, we will relentlessly pursue these child abusers and punish them to the fullest extent of the law.”

Smith is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn (MDC), a federal administrative detention facility in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, that houses male and female prisoners of all security levels. The MDC is operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, a division of the U.S. Department of Justice. A judge ruled that Smith poses a danger to the public and is a flight risk.

According to his attorney, Thomas H. Andrykovitz, Smith faces unproven charges, is being held in inhumane conditions, and is not receiving the medication he needs.

Benjamin O’Cone, a spokesman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, confirmed that Smith is in federal custody at the MDC but did not address the specific allegations for “privacy and security reasons.” O’Cone stressed that the federal prison system provides basic medical, dental and mental health care to all inmates and has a program to address inmate concerns.

Smith has a preliminary hearing scheduled for August 28, 2024. If convicted, he faces a minimum of five and a maximum of twenty years in prison.
