Just got back from the awards ceremony for the 51st Annual White Marlin Open and it was a blast! You may have seen last night’s report listing the winning fish, but tonight you’ll find out the exact amount they received for their winning performance. Congratulations to all the winners!! Next up is the Poor Girl’s Open!

Outside of the tournament, Terry Layton and Jimmy Fields had a great day fishing for deep sea flounder today, bringing in seven fish up to 26 inches and 6 pounds.
Captain Will of Local Hooker Fishing had a nice day catching several flounders and this one.
Rich Daiker and his girlfriend had a great day at the Route 50 bridge and were able to hook a few 19-inch fish into the boat using live bait.
Jeff Weeks took Gavin Quintavalle fishing off a dock where he caught this 16-inch sheepshead using a sand flea.
Jennifer Bubczyk caught this 20 5/8 inch flounder on a Deadly Double with a white gulp on her husband’s boat, Perseverance.
