GoHenry is a family-oriented money management app. Teens can have their salary from any employer transferred to their account and experience a fresh new look for the app and card.

“We developed the Teen Account to help young adults continue to learn good money management skills at a time when they are striving for more independence in all areas of life,” said Louise Hill, co-founder and COO of gohenry.

“The gohenry Teen Account helps 13- to 18-year-olds transition into adulthood – offering more freedom and features to accommodate their growing independence, while still having the safety net of guidance from their parents when needed,” she added.

To make the account more attractive, gohenry has also announced a partnership with Student Beans to give members access to exclusive offers and discounts on a range of brands that teens know and love.

“After launching our Eco Card earlier this year – the first biodegradable debit card for children – we continue to grow our business and expand our family finance offering with the launch of products such as our Teen Account to meet the diverse needs of our members. This is just the first phase of our Teen rollout, with more features being added in the coming months to help teens gain lifelong financial skills,” Louise concluded.
