OMS improves iPipeline integration for a better user experience

One Mortgage System (OMS), the technology-driven, one-input platform for brokers from inquiry to contract execution, has announced the expansion of its full integration with iPipeline’s SolutionBuilder to provide brokers with greater efficiency.

This upgrade enables users to generate more accurate price proposals while benefiting from greater flexibility and efficiency in quoting.

Users can now also send customer data directly to SolutionBuilder and create customized quotes tailored to their needs. The updated view in OMS presents customer data more effectively and allows users to select up to two applicants to receive quotes for protection services.

In addition, the improved display makes quotes stored in SolutionBuilder more readable when imported back into OMS. All other existing features, such as the ability to download documents and apply directly in OMS, remain fully available and easy to use. OMS is the only end-to-end platform covering a wide range of product areas including residential, buy-to-let, second mortgages, capital release, bridging, commercial and general insurance and protection, providing users with the best solution for product, protection and GI sourcing and criteria search.

This latest update revolutionizes the process and dramatically increases efficiency on a case-by-case basis. Agents can now focus more on what they’re good at, spend less time on administrative tasks, and more time on providing exceptional service to their clients.

Neal Jannels, Managing Director of One Mortgage System (OMS), commented:

Our partnership with iPipeline has been a game changer for OMS and our growing user base over the last five years. This collaboration has unlocked significant revenue streams and provided a valuable customer retention tool for mortgage brokers across the UK.

“This partnership will continue to evolve and drive greater engagement in the hedging discussion through smart and intuitive tools at critical points in the mortgage process, creating a simpler, better and more accurate user experience. And this is just the beginning of our improvement journey.”

Steve White, Key Account Manager at iPipeline, added:

“It’s a pleasure to work with forward-thinking partners who are constantly improving their solutions. By improving the protective purchasing process together, we are helping to protect more people.”
