Kate Middleton paid tribute to the British Olympic athletes in a special video alongside her husband Prince William as she battles cancer.
“From all of us watching at home, congratulations to Team GB,” the Princess of Wales said in the clip, posted on the couple’s Instagram account on Sunday.
“Congratulations on all you have achieved. You have been an inspiration to us all,” William agreed.
Middleton, 42, appeared happy and radiant in the video as she stood next to the Prince of Wales, also 42, who sported an unkempt beard.
The mother of three wore a black and white striped shirt similar to the one she wore when she announced her cancer diagnosis in March.
She wore her hair elegantly straight and with a side parting.
William wore a blue Adidas polo shirt with the Olympic logo.
“Well done @teamgb what an incredible journey!” read the caption. “Every athlete showed tremendous dedication, heart and passion. You have made us all so proud!”
“We celebrate every triumph at @paris2024 and look forward to more from @paralympicsgb_official later in the summer 🇬🇧🥇.”
The inspirational video message also included special messages from Snoop Dogg, David Beckham, Emma Willis and other celebrities.
Middleton did not attend the Summer Games in Paris. Sources had previously told Page Six that she wanted to withdraw from the public eye after her appearance at Wimbledon in July.
The tennis tournament was the princess’s second public appearance in 2024 as she continues her cancer treatment.
Middleton also took part in the Trooping the Colour parade in June, along with William and their three children: Prince George (11), Princess Charlotte (9) and Prince Louis (6).
She beamed as she watched the event with her family, including King Charles and Queen Camilla, on a balcony of Buckingham Palace.
Before this performance, she gave an update on her health in a letter to her fans, writing that she has “good days and bad days” but is “making good progress.”
