When Felix from Stray Kids thought there were a maximum of five Michelin stars; Find out what led to the confusion

Felix, the popular K-pop singer and rapper of the world-famous K-pop boy group Stray Kids, who is known for his unique voice and looks, once thought there was a maximum of five Michelin stars. The confusion led to a mistake in the lyrics of one of Stray Kids’ hit songs.

It all happened when Felix appeared as a guest on the famous talk show and podcast Daebak Show with Stray Kids leader Bang Chan. The Daebak Show is hosted by popular South Korean singer Eric Nam.

Coincidentally, Eric Nam boasted that Daebak Restaurant had “19 Michelin stars”. When Felix heard “19”, he was shocked and even Bang Chang asked why not 20, to which Eric Nam jokingly said it was because he was 19 years old.

Things got interesting when Felix exclaimed that he thought “five would be the maximum” (Michelin stars). This confused Bang Chan, who asked Felix: “You thought it was 5?” Felix confirmed that he actually thought so.

Felix was soon baffled when Bang Chan and Eric Nam explained to him that “3 is the maximum” (of Michelin stars). Bang Chan could not contain his laughter at Felix’s adorable confusion.

The leader of Stray Kids later understood this and told Felix that that was why he sang in their viral hit God’s Menu, “Cooking like a chef, I’m a 5-star Michelin.” Everyone laughed loudly and Felix explained that based on the lyrics, he thought the maximum number of Michelin stars was 5.
