Produced by The Alchemist, “Together Forever” is a stirring soul ballad contrasted by Sean’s laid-back Detroit D-boy delivery.
The music video mostly features Sean in a field with The Alchemist, playing in and out of an empty old car. Dressed in tailored suits, Sean raps as the cameras capture him from different angles – posing him against the Queen Sugar-esque skyline.

“Together Forever” is another single from Sean that appears on the rapper’s album “Better Me Than You,” his first project since 2020.
In an interview with Charlamagne Tha God, he admitted that the feud between Kendrick and Drake distracted him: “He drowned it out, bro. You gotta think about it: When it’s like Metro Boomin and Future and then Kendrick brings up J. Cole and Drake on ‘First Person Shooter’… that’s a whole thing,” he explained. “Unlike me – I haven’t even put out music in years, bro, and I’m like making a comeback right now, so I got it. I was surprised too.”
Recently, a pre-release version of the album leaked and fans speculated if Kanye West was behind it. However, Sean quickly shut down the rumors by saying, “I know he ain’t doing that shit. I love Ye. Without him, I wouldn’t be here.”
VIBE reported on the Detroit rapper’s decision to postpone the album.
The rapper made the announcement on Instagram with the support of influencer and content creator Jordan Howlett.
