And old comments from the 58-year-old have surfaced. Tyson had previously said he would “never” fight his young rival.
The fight between the boxing duo was supposed to take place on July 20, but the showdown had to be postponed after Tyson developed a stomach ulcer.
Due to the huge age difference between the two men, this is one of the most controversial fights of all time in the sport.

And Tyson wasn’t always convinced about the idea of fighting Paul; old comments from the boxing icon recently resurfaced.
Speaking on the Full Send podcast nearly two years ago, Iron Mike categorically insisted that there would be no fight.
“My family loves Jake Paul, I would never, I would never fight him,” he said at the time.

Marca had already stated in March that Tyson would likely receive around $20 million (£15.45 million) for his return to the ring.
On August 18, the two men will face each other for the first time since their fight was postponed.
Tyson has been training hard in the gym to turn back the years this winter.
Meanwhile, Paul recently won against Mike Perry – and thus prepared his exciting duel with Tyson.

Former boxing star Butterbean, meanwhile, described the upcoming fight as a “fraud” and expressed his belief that it will ultimately not take place.
“He and Tyson will never fight each other,” he said during a question and answer session earlier this month.
“This was a hoax from the start, just to get Jake’s name out there – and it did!
“This guy, everyone talks about him. But he will never fight Tyson.”
