Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski reunited by dressing up as each other at Fanatics Fest in New York City on Friday.

The former teammates donned full New England Patriots jerseys, with Brady dressed as Gronkowski and vice versa, before walking through the event dressed as superfans.

Gronkowski even interacted with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and jokingly spoke to him as if he were Brady.

Despite wearing helmets with dark visors, fans didn’t seem to realize anything was going on. Of course, it’s difficult for the 6’4″ Brady and 6’6″ Gronk to fully blend in with their surroundings.

Fanatics Fest has brought together some of the biggest current and former stars in the world of sports and entertainment for a one-of-a-kind event in New York City. Celebrity guests include Brady, Gronkowski, Derek Jeter, David Ortiz, Cody Rhodes, Sabrina Ionescu and Jerry Rice.

Brady and Gronkowski were teammates in the NFL for 11 seasons, playing nine seasons with the Patriots from 2010 to 2018 and winning three Super Bowl titles.

After Brady joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in March 2020, Gronkowski came out of retirement to join him. They played two seasons for the Bucs and won their fourth Super Bowl together in 2020.
