The intuitive SPECTIVE operating concept makes a significant contribution to the efficient operation of Kleemann crushing machines. The mobile application SPECTIVE CONNECT in particular supports the operator in his day-to-day work on the construction site. The material discharge and the associated material piles can now be better monitored and organized thanks to the “pile monitoring” function. SPECTIVE CONNECT also makes the work easier for the wheel loader driver, whose tasks include clearing the piles.
With inventory monitoring, SPECTIVE CONNECT displays the current status of material stocks at any time. The user can specify at what inventory level he would like to be informed – for example, from 90 percent of the total level.
Inventory monitoring – for even higher productivity
Stockpile monitoring is particularly helpful on large areas and with larger machine trains. Not all of the material stockpiles are always in the excavator driver’s field of vision, and wheel loader drivers often have other tasks as well. SPECTIVE CONNECT enables drivers to drive to the full material stockpile at the right time via push message in order to clear it and thus concentrate on their other tasks. This saves unnecessary trips, prevents switching off when the stockpile is full and increases productivity.
The system learns for the future. All data on the material warehouses is recorded and an algorithm is created from this that calculates the time remaining until the warehouse is full. Inventory monitoring then enables the processes on the construction site to be optimized and prevents downtimes.
