Foodies can get free rides to over 60 Miami Spice restaurants

Miami Spice is finally back to give foodies the opportunity to experience some of the city’s best restaurants that offer prix fixe menus at a lower price. And while nothing beats an affordable meal, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) and the City of Miami Beach are helping guests save a few extra dollars by Introduction of free rides to over 60 restaurants!

The deal is in partnership with Freebee, a ride-sharing service based in South Florida that offers rides on demand with electric vehicleswith the aim of helping locals find their way around the culinary scene simple and cost-effective.

For the duration of Miami Spice, from now until 30 SeptemberFreebees environmentally friendly vehicles will be a designated area of ​​South Beach south of 17th Street. This is the area with the highest concentration of participating Miami Spice restaurants in the city.

Miami residents only need to Freebee ride sharing app and select the destination “South Beach – Miami Spice”. Those whose Houses or hotels are located within the designated area can be picked up and dropped off. Those who drive out of the designated area can park in the following municipal parking garages, which also serve as freebee pick-up points:

  • 13 Street and Collins Avenue
  • 7th Street and Collins Avenue
  • 15th Street and Washington Avenue
  • 12 Street and Drexel Avenue
  • 17 Street and Convention Center Drive

Freebee is Monday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday from 17:00 to 24:00, Saturday from 11am to midnight And Sunday from 11am to 11pm

In a press release, Miami Beach City Commissioner Laura Dominguez said:

“Our partnership with Freebee underscores our commitment to providing sustainable mobility solutions to our community. This new transportation service will not only reduce local traffic and long valet lines, but will also help boost business for our restaurants.”
