Oxford Valley Mall luxury apartments now open

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA – You can now live right next to the Oxford Valley Mall.

The luxury apartment complex known as Atlee Square is currently filling the spaces of its first phase near the JC Penney store.

Atlee Square opened its apartments last week in the premises formerly occupied by Boscov’s, which were demolished to make way for the residential project.

Prices start at $1,980 per month, with the most expensive unit costing $3,305 per month. The building has 391 units with nine different floor plans for each apartment. Click here for more details.

The four-story luxury apartment complex near Route 1 and Woodbourne Road boasts of its location, saying it is “just a stone’s throw from countless dining options.”

Atlee Square’s website states that it is close to local breweries, a variety of restaurants, historic inns and wineries, and high-quality supermarkets.

Its amenities include generous green spaces, including two spacious courtyards with numerous opportunities for enjoyment and relaxation.

Plans for the project were first approved by the Middletown Township government in 2020.

Officials hope the project will boost retail sales at the mall, which was built in 1973 as one of the largest in the country.

The second phase of the project will see the construction of 223 apartments, with construction scheduled to be completed by January 2025.
