Warhammer 40K: Space Marines 2 will be released in less than a month to the delight of fans who can’t wait to dive into Demetrain Titus’ latest adventure.
Having lived through the Rubicon Primaris and returned to the Space Marines with new skills and armor, Titus’ path to redemption will surely be a major draw for the upcoming title, along with his battles against the Tyranids, alien beings intent on destroying all organic life.
However, Titus does not have to face his challenges alone, and the potential for Space Marines 2 Bringing different chapters from the franchise’s history into the game is huge, so with that in mind, here are five of our favorite Space Marine chapters that we’d love to see in the game.
5. The Astral Dragoons
Rumor has it that the Dragoons are fighting Tyranids in the Ultima Segmentum, where they were last seen. Space Marines 2 would be a great opportunity to get them back into the action.
Similar to the Samurai, whose hierarchy is based on merit, these warriors eschew ranged weapons and instead prefer close combat. They use swords and bolt guns to get up close and personal with their enemies. They would be a great addition to Titus’s ally list in the game.
Her inclusion would also be excellent in terms of game mechanics, as she requires the use of close combat much more often than other fighters in the game.
4. The Umbral Guardians
With the Forces of chaos will emerge In Saber Interactive’s new title, this Primaris-enhanced Grey Knights faction would make Titus’ life easier and help him focus his attention on the Tyranid threat, as their specialty is Chaos Troopers.

Efficient and ruthless on the battlefield, while remaining aloof and reserved even to their comrades. They are loyal supporters of the Imperium of Man and would be the perfect opportunity to bring Titus’ inner conflict regarding his new role to light.
Her inclusion in the game would mean a complicated relationship with Titus, whose own story arc involves overcoming the thought that he has failed to live up to his order – which led him to join the DeathWatch before being recruited again by the Ultramarines.
There is great potential for this chapter to influence the narrative in Space Marines 2 – an opportunity that Saber Interactive may not want to miss.
2. The Nevonian Free Company
A chapter about knights who suffered devastating losses for the TyranidsThe Nevonian Free Company are the survivors of a once proud order of knights who seek to restore their honor in a final battle against the enemies of the Emperor.
They would be a great addition to the game, given their hatred of all things Tyranid, while also being loyal, if unpredictable, allies to Titus when he takes the fight to the enemy.
The Nevonian Free Company is characterized by almost suicidal tendencies and could be just the thing for Titus to use against the Tyranid hordes, because despite their overwhelming numbers, they throw themselves into battle with joy.
1. The Blood Devils
As former members of the Unnumbered Sons, these Primaris-enhanced Space Marines could work well with Titus as well as the Umbral Sentinels, considering they have had plenty of time to hone their skills after the Rubicon Primaris.
With her vampiric tendencies and wild fighting style, this chapter could be a great addition to Space Marines 2 Their bloodlust works well against the Tyranids, although they prove to be unpredictable and perhaps unsafe allies for Titus and his force. They would also fit well with the game’s new combat systems, combining melee strikes and ranged attacks with ferocious accuracy.
Each of these chapters could bring something new to the table in Warhammer 40k: Space Marines 2and Saber Interactive will surely put them to good use in a narrative that already promises to offer everything fans of the franchise expect – and more!
