GTA has announced the upcoming GLO & Connect Teen Workshop Series, a transformative event aimed at helping high school students prepare for life after graduation.
The free two-day workshop will be held on Saturday, August 31st and Sunday, September 1st at Micronesia Mall (Hall 3, Ground Floor, Unit C109/C10 across from Lin’s Jewelry Store).
It provides teenagers with an invaluable opportunity to gain important knowledge and skills that will put them on the path to success, GTA said in a press release.
The GLO & Connect Teen Workshop Series is specifically designed to engage high school students through dynamic workshops led by industry experts, GTA said.
Attendees will have the opportunity to attend both informative presentations and interactive breakout sessions exploring important topics such as career fundamentals, financial literacy and career preparation – critical skills for success in today’s competitive world.
The event is open to all high school students. The number of participants is limited.

The series was organized by GTA interns and showcases the creativity, dedication and leadership of our young talent. Their hard work and commitment to providing valuable learning experiences to their peers was the driving force behind this initiative, GTA said.

Since launching the GTA Youth Leader Program in 2019, GTA has remained committed to youth.
The GLO & Connect Teen Workshop Series is a central part of this initiative and aims to equip the next generation with the tools and knowledge they need to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead.
In conjunction with the workshop series, GTA will launch the GTA Youth Leader Scholarship. Participants of the GLO & Connect event who meet the eligibility requirements will have the opportunity to apply for this scholarship to further support their educational and career goals.
