The 43-year-old Duchess of Sussex also spoke about her experiences in a CBS interview earlier this month.

“The word among her friends is it’s time to take off the gloves and stop being diplomatic,” a source told Closer.

“There is so much need for Meghan to speak out, whether it be in the form of another interview or even her own memoir. She has the potential to make an absolute fortune and clear up a lot of questions.”

The same insider said the royal family’s decision not to have the Sussexes attend this year’s Balmoral residence was the catalyst for Markle’s memoir.

The source claims Harry and Meghan, who left royal life in 2020 and moved to the US, were “not shocked” to be excluded from the meeting but were not thrilled about it.

“They are now forced to devise a strategy to fight back, and one option on the table is to go all out with a major unveiling event from Meghan and fully present her side of the story,” the insider added.

Despite these reports, a source familiar with the couple’s affairs has denied that Markle will release a book.

Rumors have been circulating since Harry’s memoirs, spare part, was published in January 2023 and became the fastest-selling nonfiction book of all time.
