Post Malone revealed that Taylor Swift had to hide under umbrellas while filming the “Fortnight” video.

Taylor Swift had to hide from drones and cameras while filming the music video “Fortnight” with Post Malone.
Taylor Swift and Post Malone’s collaboration “Fortnight” became one of the most successful songs of the year on their new album The Tortured Poets Department. The duo wanted to keep their collaboration a surprise for fans, so they had to go to great lengths to keep a low profile when filming the music video.
In a new interview with The New York Times, Post revealed that between filming, Taylor had to hide under an umbrella and curtains during her rides in a golf cart to prevent helicopters and drones from capturing footage of her.
In the music video, the stars are seen in an atmospheric black-and-white setting, while Taylor wakes up chained to a hospital bed in a white nightgown.
Post Malone talked about his collaboration with Taylor Swift and how secret the recording of the music video had to be.

In the video, she has facial tattoos that match Post’s, and later she is seen wearing a black Victorian-style dress as she and Post sit across from each other, typing on typewriters.
The singer also spoke to the NY Times about how Beyoncé had to go to even greater lengths to keep her collaboration on “Cowboy Carter,” “LEVII’S JEANS,” a secret, and that she received the song through one of her representatives at his private property in Utah to make sure nothing leaked out.
He told the publication: “I can’t even imagine being on their level – that must suck. That’s so much pressure.”
Post added that he was “just honored to be around these people.”

When he collaborated with Beyoncé, they didn’t even meet in the studio, and they still haven’t met in real life. Instead, they communicated via text message to ensure their song remained secret.
“It was terrible,” he added.
Post has been praising both Taylor and Beyoncé for some time now, and they have been equally complimentary of him.
When they met for the first time at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards, Taylor told him, “‘Better Now’ is so crazy. I’m so jealous of that song, that hook.”
He recalled to Howard Stern: “And I was like, ‘What?’ That’s fucking crazy, you’re a fucking great songwriter! Thank you so much.”
