Miller, the independent reinsurance and insurance specialist broker, has appointed Cedric Thevenot as Account Executive for Sports and Entertainment, effective September 2, 2024.
Based in Paris, he works closely with Didier Loiseau, Head of Miller Sport, and the extended Miller sports and entertainment team.
Thevenot’s appointment builds on the broker’s offering in European sports and entertainment and its acquisition of Henner Sport in 2022.
Miller Sport and Entertainment supports over 50 clubs in football, basketball, rugby, cycling and handball, as well as more than 850 professional footballers in 30 different countries, including 75% of the French national football and basketball teams.
Thevenot is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. Most recently he worked at Verspieren, the independent French broker. He has also held senior positions at Gras Savoye and AXA, focusing on the sports and entertainment sector.
