In case you missed it, in early August 2024, the residents of Putnam County were in an uproar because a heavyweight was roaming through the area.
Influencer, content creator and boxer Jake Paul flew by helicopter to Petra Island on Lake Mahopac and took over the Massaro House, which they then named Betr Content House.

Betr is Paul’s sports media company founded in 2022.
Some of the top creators like Sketch and Hawk Tuah Girl showed up for this content-packed weekend. At the time, we weren’t quite sure what content they were creating at Betr Content House, but a recent video gave us a little insight into their work.
Carmel (New York) police stop Jake Paul at Lake Mahopac
Looks like Betr Content House’s antics have caught the attention of the Carmel Police Department. Somehow.
Jake Paul recently posted an Instagram video of himself being pulled over by local Carmel police at Lake Mahopac. However, it looks like the officers are implicated and it’s a commercial for Paul’s new body spray called W, Wave Break:
