Angel now wants to continue making the most of her rising star and has announced that she will soon release the first episode of her podcast, “Unapologetically Angel.”

A teaser trailer was released on Tuesday, featuring highlights of Angel in action, as well as snaps of her at red carpet events and posing for photo shoots.

Finally, she sat down in her new podcast studio and tapped the pink microphone before the launch date of September 5th was announced.

“I’m so happy about this!” Angel captioned her retweet of the post.

It was also announced that Emmy Award winner Maya Reese will serve as co-host and co-producer of the show.

“Secrets out. I’m still freaking out. @Reese10Angel are you ready?!” Maya said on X.

“I’m so excited about it,” Reese said in a clip following the announcement.

“You will all see your favorite stars, actresses, artists and anyone you want to see.

“We’re going to spill our voice, our narrative, our perspective before the blogs that you all think are spilling the beans, but really aren’t, because we’re going to spill our real lives. Period.”

Angel then re-shared the clip, adding, “Little miss keeps a bag, makes y’all mad, stays in your bag, never cares what y’all say about her, basketball player, model, businesswoman, radio host, influencer and actress etc is starting her own podcast!”

Stephen A. Smith is called a ‘coward’ by WNBA icon Sheryl Swoopes for comments about Caitlin Clark in a social media tirade

“I’m taking back my voice and clearing up all the misrepresentations. I hope you’re all ready.”

Fans were thrilled to hear about Angel’s latest career adventure and flocked to congratulate the former LSU star in the comments section.

“This is why I’m glad Angel has her own podcast now,” wrote one fan – which Angel later retweeted.

“(People) will get to know her better and she can reject all these false narratives that (people) are making up about her on (social media) to get engagement.”

A second said: “I really love this woman very much.”

And a third said: “If you’re smart, wear (Caitlin Clark)!!!!”

Many others also praised Angel for “capitalizing on her brand” with the podcast – similar to what NFL stars Travis and Jason Kelce have done in recent years.

Their podcast, New Heights, launched in 2022 and has since taken the Kelce brothers to new levels of fame and dizzying career heights.

The podcast has over 2.4 million subscribers on YouTube alone.

According to Variety, it was recently reported that the brothers signed a new deal with Amazon’s Wondery that gives them exclusive commercial sales and distribution rights.

The deal is said to be worth over $100 million over three years.
