Sometimes you can’t stand the complaints of a friend who has a habit of complaining about things he can control.
A woman is about to snap at her boyfriend, who is going through a divorce, and tell him that he deserves it.
She has a 41-year-old boyfriend who is going through a divorce from his wife. He and his wife have two young children and the divorce has been brewing for a long time, as she believes they have been living more like “roommates” for the past seven years.
Things started to go downhill when her boyfriend and his wife started arguing over little things, like his wife being constantly tired and him having to do more and more housework.
Years ago, her boyfriend admitted to her that he would be willing to divorce her if he didn’t have his children.
“I told him then that if he really wanted the family to stay together, he had to talk to her to find out what she wanted to do,” she said.
“He had to show her that she was important to him and that she was needed in the family.”
She also recalled mentioning to her boyfriend that if she were in his wife’s situation, she would immediately divorce him as she felt it would be better to show her children that she deserved to be happy. Her boyfriend never heeded her advice and decided to stay with his wife until the situation worsened.
Two months ago, his wife officially left home and told him he had to be with the kids most of the week. Her friend said he wasn’t OK with that, and now they’re finally in the middle of a divorce trying to figure everything out.
