Bangtan TV has released the trailer for BTS member Jungkook’s new documentary, Jungkook: I Am Still. In the over one-minute-long video, Jungkook is seen preparing for his concert, performing, talking about his album and BTS, feasting on meals, and recording songs. Jungkook gets nervous before the show and talks about the power of BTS

The video begins with Jungkook standing in his hotel room, peeking outside at the concert venue. He says, “I’m suddenly nervous. I’m going to do my best, guys.” In the clip, Jungkook says, “Without the power of BTS alone, will I be able to get recognition?”

Jungkook says he doesn’t consider himself a genius

The youngest BTS member gave insight into his achievements, saying, “With all these successes, I have gained more confidence.” He also added, “I think I liked the process itself. I will continue.” Sitting for an interview, Jungkook smiled and said shyly, “I have never considered myself a genius. I just know the areas where I lack, so I also strive to get better.”

In the video, the BTS singer added, “I always say this, but ARMY always motivates me. I just follow my own compass.” The video ended with Jungkook jumping up and saying, “It’s always more fun with the fans.”

About I Am Still

Jungkook: I Am Still is a video diary of the singer’s eight-month journey to his solo debut. The film will be released in theaters on September 18 and will be shown in over 120 countries and regions worldwide. The film is directed by Junsoo Park, who has directed most of the films about BTS and its members.

In a press release, BigHit described that the documentary began around the time when Jungkook released “Seven,” a song featuring rapper Latto, in the lead-up to his first solo album Golden.

“The film features exclusive, never-before-seen footage and interviews, as well as stirring live performances that shed light on the creative process, unwavering work ethic and unique challenges faced by a global star. It offers viewers an intimate look into the journey behind his solo debut, which showcased the pinnacle of Jung Kook’s artistry and catapulted him to global pop stardom,” the statement said.
