An OnlyFans creator has revealed how a client spent over $100,000 on various dinners and plastic surgery procedures because he wanted to transform a woman into a “Galatea” in his fantasy – a term that refers to a maiden from Greek mythology who was initially brought to life as a perfect ivory sculpture after her creator fell in love with her.
Sienna Grace, who has worked in the sex industry for over a decade, described the encounter as her “craziest” client encounter ever. She said it was a well-known billionaire who initially contacted her and wanted to book her for an hour.
“It was a normal day, answering my work requests, when I got an email from someone called Mr. X who wanted to book me for an hour,” said Sienna. “He made me do a 360-degree turn to inspect my body and, seemingly satisfied, told me he wanted to book me for the whole night.
“I planned a great night for us. We went to my favorite restaurant and his bodyguard followed us the entire evening. After dinner he told me he had never been to a brothel before, so I took him to one. He literally walked in, paid all the girls their full price and left.”

After Sienna told the billionaire that she wanted to have her breasts re-energized at some point, he told her about one of his fantasies.
“He said to me, ‘You know, I’ve always had a fantasy of turning a woman into a Galatea,’ and promised to pay for all of Sienna’s operations and tick everything off her list.

“We didn’t sleep together that night and he sent me home early, told me he had a great time, paid my full night’s accommodation and thanked me for my company,” Sienna said.
“The next day I got another email from him telling me he would be happy to book me again. He asked me to meet him at his hotel in two hours and said he had a surprise for me.”

The two lost touch for a while until Sienna approached Mr. X when booking one of her surgeries and asked him if he was still interested in turning her into a Galatea.
“He told me, ‘Of course I still want to make you my Galatea… let me fly you to Thailand because I have a house there,'” she said.
“He booked me a business class flight to Thailand and when I arrived at the airport I was greeted by his two assistants who showed me around because Mr X was busy… My mother said, ‘This is so weird, they’re going to kidnap you!'”
While abroad, Sienna underwent cheek fat removal, back scar revision, liposuction on her arms, thighs and chin, and a breast lift and reduction.

“I was in the operating room for a total of 11.5 hours… my surgeries were five days apart and I was on morphine drips for the pain,” she said. “Luckily, I was able to live in a five-bedroom penthouse for three weeks to recover.”
After recovering, Sienna returned home. “As soon as I got back to Australia, the lockdown was imposed so I couldn’t see him anymore. We stayed in touch for a while but I didn’t see him again. I guess he just wanted to live out his fantasy and give me this gift, an $80,000 operation… In total, this man spent over $100,000 on me – it’s probably the greatest gift I’ll ever receive.”
