John Cena has opened an OnlyFans account – but with a surprise.
The wrestler and actor caused confusion among his fans yesterday (February 22) when he announced his new account on the subscription service, which is best known for its adult content.
“…as if you’ve never seen me before. Subscribe to me via the link in the bio. @onlyfans,” he wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

In fact, the link takes followers to the OnlyFans page of Ricky Stanicky, the namesake of his new film with Zac Efron.
Yes, it turns out it’s actually a marketing stunt for his new Prime Video movie, in which Cena plays an actor who is hired by three friends to play their fake buddy Ricky Stannicky.
The friends have long used this role to get themselves out of sticky situations. But when their significant others become suspicious, they are forced to take drastic measures and enlist Cena’s character.

The character’s OnlyFans bio states: “You have found the verified OnlyFans account for Ricky Stanicky; renowned impersonator, philanthropist, investment banker, socialite, cancer survivor, and method actor. Subscribe to get SPICY pics and videos!”
In his posts, he captions his posts with suggestive titles such as: “How low can it go?” or “Does anyone want to try this again?”
The marketing stunt comes ahead of the March 7 release of “Ricky Stanicky.” The film also stars Jermaine Fowler from “Judas and the Black Messiah,” Anja Savcic from “Big Sky” and Andrew Santino from “Beef.”
Director Peter Farrelly previously commented on the film: “This has been my dream project for many years, but to end up with such an incredibly good cast makes the wait more than worthwhile.”
“Ricky Stanicky” will be available to stream on Prime Video starting March 7.
