Kochi, Aug 18 (PTI) – The Cyber ​​Crime Investigation Wing of Kerala Police has registered a case against him on charges of creating a fake Instagram username in the name of former Chief Justice of High Court AJ Desai and demanding money in his name.

On August 17, the Cyber ​​Crime police station here registered a case under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the IT Act based on a complaint filed by Desai’s PA.

According to the FIR, the unidentified accused had created an Instagram page in the name of Desai, who had resigned from the post of Kerala High Court judge on July 4 this year.
