The Teen Summer Musical continues to provide access and break new ground for young artists of color. For more than 25 years, this one-of-a-kind Seattle program has been an exciting summer classic for hundreds of children, their families, and thousands who have the privilege of experiencing this unique brand of “chocolaty” musical theater! Story Summary – This soulful adaptation of the classic follows a diverse group of characters on a journey across continents to discover what hope lies on the other side of the adventure! The Teen Summer Musical continues its transcendent tradition of community empowerment with dynamic dance, stirring songs, and a meaningful message wrapped in the magic of musical theater! Led by an incredibly talented cast of 70, this harmonious celebration returns to the iconic Benaroya Hall.
