Wanted drug dealer duo who wanted to distribute CDS arrested during check in Stafford: Sheriff

Earlier this month, the Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation into 38-year-old Jeremy Miller and 39-year-old Kiresten Torkos Incontri, both of Stafford, which resulted in warrants for their arrests on multiple counts of trafficking in controlled substances.

According to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, the agency received a tip about Miller’s whereabouts around 6:20 p.m. on August 14, which led to a plan to arrest her.

An officer went to the area between Warrenton Road and Poplar Road to locate his vehicle, which subsequently led to a traffic stop in the Walmart parking lot on Village Parkway.

During the stop, backup was called to assist the officer and both Miller and Incontri were arrested. They found suspected controlled substances and paraphernalia in the vehicle.

Further investigation revealed that “the duo had communicated with each other regarding the sale and distribution of narcotics in the area.”

Both were served with outstanding arrest warrants and charged with possession of controlled substances with intent to resell and conspiracy to resell controlled substances.

They are being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
