What is BTS's Jin like in person? A new first-hand report goes into detail

Many K-pop fans only “meet” their idols through the screen, but some are lucky enough to meet them in real life. One of these lucky people shared in detail first-hand how he BTS‘S Jin Paris.

On July 7, the OP (original poster) checked into a hotel that “would host important members of the Olympic Games organization.” They hoped that torchbearers, including Jin from BTS, would be among these guests.

I’m not exactly an ARMY, but I respect BTS a lot and I really like their music. Also, Jin was definitely the man of the moment 🌟, the one who had France going crazy for days, so I was excited. Unfortunately, there was no sign of him for days. I knew he had left his country, but he definitely didn’t arrive at our hotel and I lost all hope.

On the night of July 12th, around midnight, I went to the L’officine area to meet my colleague for a drink and… there was Jin. JIN!!! 😱 I was frozen and tried not to attract attention. We stayed in this small room as far away from him as possible so as not to disturb him.

He was not as talkative as I expected, he was one of those people who listened attentively, always keeping his eyes on the speaker but at the same time being aware of his surroundings, as you would expect from a celebrity and a recently discharged soldier.

According to the OP, Jin smiled and made eye contact with everyone he interacted with, including hotel staff, but when he wasn’t smiling, he was “a little scary.” This detail may or may not surprise people who only know Jin’s silly side.

Contrary to what you might expect after watching some YouTube videos, his laugh was neither loud nor constant. Instead, it had a mature and somewhat familiar sound 😳 What is true is that he always had a smile on his face! He smiled at everyone he made eye contact with!!! Most of the people there were hotel employees, but he still smiled no matter what they were doing. This gave him a very endearing aura, but when he wasn’t smiling… he was a little creepy. As if his charm had taken on a different form, exuding authority and a certain danger that was in contrast to his friendly and relaxed demeanor.
